A source close to Melanie confirmed to The ENQUIRER that the famously vain actress was battling cancer — as doctors studied the earlier pics and warned that this new outbreak could even spread through her body! “The most dangerous skin cancers are around or on the nose because they can spread deep underneath the skin and the doctor will not see the spread because it may not be on the skin surface,” said Dr. Gabe Mirkin, who hasn't treated the actress.
