“'Sadly,” confirmed Meghan in an official announcement, “my father will not be attending our wedding. I have always cared for my father, and hope he can be given the space he needs to focus on his health.”

The ENQUIRER found Thomas hiding out in the remote Mexican Riviera town of Sayulita, where he'd moved after divorcing Doria and filing for bankruptcy over debts of $30,000. Even then, said a royal insider, Harry had “promised Meghan her dad will walk her down the aisle — wherever that may be!”
