Dr. Yoel Shahar, who has not examined Meg, believes her lopsided lips were likely caused by an overdose of cosmetic fillers. “The sides of her upper lip, they overfilled it and

"You can see the filler itself, Dr. Shahar continued. "Bumpiness across the upper lip — that’s not natural. Whatever she has had injected has to be reduced because that’s awful.” Meg’s overinflated chipmunk cheeks also caught his expert eye.

“That’s filler, no question about it," said Dr. Shahar. "She looks like she has two golf balls implanted there — one on each side.”

New York City plastic surgeon Dr. Matthew Schulman, who has not examined Meg, concurred and said, “Her cheeks appear far too plump, the result of injectable fillers such as Juvederm or Restylane — or perhaps she had permanent cheek implants placed.”

The “You’ve Got Mail” star also had an unusually smooth forehead, which Schulman credited to Botox. Shahar agreed, “Definitely, she’s having Botox. Her forehead’s completely flat.

"When she smiles she has lines under her eyes," said Shahar. "That’s usually when you overdo Botox on the side. If you paralyze only the side, the lower part is overcompensating.”
