Mark Harmon will bolt from his hit naval drama NCIS after 16 seasons amid feuds and bad blood with his cast and crew, sources told The National ENQUIRER! Michael Weatherly for 15 seasons. She became alarmed after Mark insisted on bringing his pit bull to the set after the dog had badly bitten a crew member. The feud got so bad Mark and Pauley had to be filmed separately — and she soon left.
