Mariska Hargitay has become a special victim of her own demanding lifestyle! The “Law & Order: SVU” star “has gained close to 40 pounds,” according to longevity expert Dr. Gabriel Mirkin, who has not treated the swelling star. The doctor told The National ENQUIRER that he believes Mariska — shown in a 2005 photo at left and in a recent on-set pic at right — is carrying a scale-smashing 180 pounds on her five-foot-eight frame. She appears to have packed a “lot of fat on her buttocks and belly,” Dr. Mirkin observed.
