Loretta last performed a full concert in April 2017, but was felled by the nearly fatal stroke just three weeks later.
Sadly, the stroke left her unable to speak and the left side of her body paralyzed.
But after months of grueling rehab, Loretta regained the use of her limbs — and incredibly found she could sing once again!

The plucky songbird bravely performed two songs at an event at her Tennessee ranch that October, but fate soon struck again when she broke her hip in a fall in January 2018.
