The latest complication for the country queen was announced by her sister Crystal Gayle. The pop diva went to social media with the heartbreaking announcement of Loretta's latest struggle — writing: "My birthday wish is for everyone to send love and prayers to my sister, Loretta Lynn, who fell and broke her hip last week." Still, Crystal also assured fans that Loretta "is in good spirits, and can be doing as well as can be expected."

This new injury is still a shocking setback — with The National ENQUIRER reporting on Loretta's miraculous comeback in Oct, just five months after originally being left unable to even talk! Fans were shocked and surprised when Loretta came out to sing country classics including "Coal Miner's Daughter" during a music festival on her Hurricane Mills Ranch in Tennessee.
