Lisa Marie herself announced that she's adding her vocals to the original recording of "Where No One Stands Alone" — which will be the title track of a new compilation that assembles 14 gospel greats recorded by Elvis. "It was a very powerful and moving experience to sing with my father," said Lisa.

Showbiz insiders, however, are more cynical about Lisa Marie's motives for going into the studio. It doesn't help that Lisa Marie has already had to go public with her finances during her humiliating divorce from
fourth husband Michael Lockwood. That included an admission that she's lost money on her own music career over the years.

Lisa Marie even complained that she had to pay her estranged husband an allowance to be her musical director. Now she
has her dead father coming to the rescue. It's not their first duet, however. Lisa Marie added her vocals to Elvis' rendition of "In the Ghetto" for a 2007 recording — back when she could afford to donate the proceedings to a charity for the homeless!
