Leonardo DiCaprio — humiliated when fans snickered at his bloated “dad-bod” in recent shirtless beach photos — is now having a colonic cleanse every four weeks, at $3,000 a pop!

Some might say the carbo-loading A-lister is getting hosed, but The National ENQUIRER has learned the Oscar winner swears by the gut-cleansing enema-like treatment, which removes waste by pumping gallons of water through his intestines.

“Desperate times call for desperate measures!” a friend grimaced. “It’s all part of Leo’s new way of life. Sure, it raises a few eyebrows when he tells people, but he doesn’t care. If he’s got to get on all fours and have his insides power-cleaned then so be it!
