The shocking statement came as Lombardo also revealed that Paddock had plans for being a mad bomber in addition to a lethal sniper — with the cowardly killer packing 50 lbs. of the explosives Tannerite into his car. "Look at the weapon obtaining, the amounts of Tannerite available," Lombardo said. "Do you think this was accomplished all on his own, face value?"

"You gotta make the assumption he had to have help at some point," added the sheriff — while Paddock's live-in girlfriend released a statement insisting that she had no idea of her man's murderous plans.

Marilou Danley declared that Paddock "never said anything to me — or took any action that I was aware of — that I understood in any way to be a warning that something horrible like this was going to happen....I knew Stephen Paddock as a kind, caring, quiet man."

Paddock seemingly booked two rooms at the Blackstone Hotel in Chicago, right across the street from the 2016 Lollapalooza concert attended by the First Daughter. The rooms would have given him a view of the park where the music festival would have been held — but the killer never showed up for his reservations.
