Lamar Odom was seen being driven around Los Angeles yesterday — the day Nevada’s Nye County District Attorney, Angela Bello, announced she would not bring any criminal charges against the former NBA star and estranged husband of Khloe Kardashian, who was found in a cocaine-induced coma in a Nevada brothel last year.

DA Bello acknowledged that there was evidence that Lamar had metabolized cocaine when tested after he was discovered unresponsive in October, however, the former L.A. Laker did not have any of the drug in his possession, and it is at least theoretically possible that he could used the drug elsewhere.

"It is unlikely it could established beyond a reasonable doubt he actually ingested, or was impaired by, the drug during the time he was within the jurisdiction of Nye County," the DA said in a statement. Lamar, 36, was moved from an L.A. hospital to a private facility last week.
