Kim Kardashian — Post-Surgery Makeover Bared In GQ

Kim Kardashian is on the cover of GQ magazine's new "Love, Sex, and Madness" issue — but the reality star isn't keeping it real. Instead, The National ENQUIRER has the scoop on how Kim had help to get the GQ photos (and an accompanying video) displaying her post-baby body in the best light!

One insider told The ENQUIRER that Kim's curves took a beating after a butt implant disaster! "It’s totally destroyed her natural shape, and Kim’s freaking out!” a pal dished back in April. “Her implants leaked, and the fillers spread to her sides. It’s caused her hips to widen dramatically. She’s totally out of proportion right now.”

The friend dished that Kim (seen here in the GQ video) would have "to undergo a series of drainage treatments before redoing" her butt — as now on display for GQ! Kim's ever-changing face might have had assistance, too. The ENQUIRER reported that husband Kanye West was freaking out over Kim's plans for plastic surgery in February. “She wants to get her cheeks enhanced and jawline altered next,” an insider said" — "but Kanye says that she is going too far!"

None of that's discussed in the accompanying GQ interview (on newsstands now) — but Kim does plenty of dishing herself, and even talks about her family connection to O.J. Simpson and the Trial of the Century!

Kim's also put a high price on the sexy assets that she's baring for GQ — and has even applied for a trademark for her breasts! “She wants to be able to assume all profits from photos, illustrations and anything regarding her décolletage,” an insider spilled to The ENQUIRER. “She has purchased a $4 million insurance policy on her bosom as evidence of its importance!"
