Kim Kardashian’s Private Panic Over Breast Implants

Kim Kardashian is terrified by new fears that her huge boob implants are about to spring a leak — or flat out explode — leaving the nip/tucked diva red-faced and with a pair of pancakes on her chest!

"She’s heard about implants exploding and deflating and doesn’t want that horror to happen to her,” an insider tattled to The National ENQUIRER. “She’s been urged to get them replaced before one or both collapse.

“It could happen anytime and anywhere," the source continued, "and she’d hate to be at some big event and find herself with boobs that look more like a couple of pancakes.” The mom of three and one-time sex-tape star has reason to worry.

Plastic surgeons warn gals with breast implants may need one or two follow-up surgeries because of potential complications — often within seven years. “She hates the idea of another surgery, but she’ll do it because she’s also considering a reduction in size,” dished the insider.

“They feel so big and heavy and stretch out her clothes and are just too uncomfortable.” Sources say the ballooned beauty needed hours and five assistants to get her dressed for a New York fashion event.

“Kim needs help squeezing her figure into every gown these days, and it always takes more time to get her large bust to behave,” said the insider. “She prefers nude photo shoots — there are no clothes to contend with!”

But Kim, who remains sensitive about how she's viewed, is not quite ready to pull the trigger. “She hates how her breasts feel and the way underwire bras cut into her skin,” says the source. “But she loves how they look. So this is a big quandary.”
