Pop diva Kesha took her record company to court over claims that they were forcing her to work with her rapist — and now the case just got even more sickening. The rapper has now declared that Sony Music was willing to release her from her contract if she just denied ever being raped by music producer Dr. Luke!

It's the most shocking claim yet in Kesha's bizarre court case. The songstress was only 18 years old when she signed to Dr. Luke's record label. (The producer is seen here with his arm around the star at an awards ceremony in 2011.) In October 2014, she sued Dr. Luke for alleged sexual assault and battery, sexual harassment, and other charges.

But on February 19, 2016, New York Supreme Court Justice Shirley Kornreich ruled against Kesha — declaring that she'd have to continue to work with her alleged rapist!

In her most shocking statement yet, Kesha posted this pic to Instagram — declaring: "I got offered my freedom IF I were to lie. I would have to APOLOGIZE publicly and say that I never got raped. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS behind closed doors. I will not take back the TRUTH. I would rather let the truth ruin my career than lie for a monster ever again.”

Dr. Luke (born Lukasz Gottwald) has said that Kesha is conducting "a vicious smear campaign to ruin his reputation for financial gain while failing to support their claims." A lot of her fans (as pictured) have rallied around Kesha during her court battle. She's received public declarations of support from Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, and other industry figures.
