The crazed Wichita woman who
decapitated a Kansas grandmother had demanded an exorcism from a local pastor — with a close friend insisting that Rachael Hilyard had "demons pretty much in her house!"
[GRAPHIC IMAGES FOLLOW...]It's the latest bizarre twist to the death of Micki David — whose head was found in the kitchen sink of Hilyard's home. The 63-year-old victim had gone to the house to pick up her son's possessions, after he had recently broken up with the troubled woman. Hilyard later told police that "God was telling me to do it," but others blame "evil spirits!"
"She believed that there was demons pretty much in her house," said close friend Rafael Gutierrez. "She had taken some photographs and sent them to me on Facebook that I seen and did think it looked like evil spirits... and now do believe that they were evil spirits." Sadly, the pastor that Hilyard consulted for an exorcism was still looking for ways to help the troubled woman.

Summit Church Pastor Terry Fox had visited Hilyard in her home, and said that his "paranormal team" had been evaluating her condition. The pastor explained that some people who come to him are suffering from drug use instead of "demonic activity," saying: "It takes a lot of assessing and praying to figure out what's going on in this person's life, and how can Summit Paranormal Team help."

Gutierrez didn't rule out drug use by his friend, though, adding: "I believe she was under the influence of drugs that come along with demonic spirits!"
