Justin Bieber has seemingly confirmed that he secretly married Hailey Baldwin while picking up his marriage certificate in NYC — with US Weekly reporting that the pop star visited an Ontario museum and “very graciously introduced Hailey as his wife.” The mag unearthed the revelation from the Instagram post about Bieber’s visit to the museum exhibit covering his own career. The staff of the Stratford Perth Museum also acknowledged the visit by Hailey, adding that the “special guest” had been accompanied by “her very special husband.” The big announcement came just as other outlets reported that Justin and Hailey had secretly brought along a witness for their very discreet ceremony while visiting a Manhattan courthouse on Sept. 14. And other insiders had told The National ENQUIRER all about the secret stress that had Justin in a hurry to get married!
