Suspect Arrested In JonBenet Ramsey Case
JonBenét Ramsey's murderer will finally be revealed — as authorities announce new DNA testing on the tragic cold case of the 6-year-old beauty queen! It's been 20 years since police in Boulder, Col., bungled their search for JonBenét's killer after she was found strangled in her family's home on Dec. 26, 1996. Now the killer can finally be exposed with new advances in DNA evidence!

Mary Lacy, a former Boulder District Attorney, issued an official statement where she cited DNA evidence that officially cleared JonBenét's parents and her brother of any guilt in the tragic child's brutal murder. The letter declared: "The match of male DNA on two separate items of clothing worn by the victim at the time of the murder makes it clear to us that an unknown male handled these items." Now, however, inspectors are beginning new DNA testing meant to correct "flaws" in the original investigation.

The National ENQUIRER revealed in 2014 how a group of retired law enforcement officers has continually questioned the earlier DNA evidence in the grisly cold case. The detectives — known as "The Apple Dumpling Gang" — said that some of the DNA found on JonBenét’s underwear may not have even been related to her murder, and belonged to Asian factory workers who made the garments!

Members of the Apple Dumpling Gang also said John Mark Karr, the Georgia man who infamously claimed in 2006 that he accidentally killed JonBenét, should be reconsidered as a suspect. The ENQUIRER has previously exposed some of Karr's own demented writings that "confess" to JonBenét's death. Boulder police questioned Karr in 2006, but said that his DNA did not match the crime scene DNA. He's since reportedly gone underground and now lives as a woman.

The ENQUIRER has also reported on how two other prime suspects in JonBenét's murder have recently reemerged in Colorado — with some investigators fearing that JonBenét was targeted by a pedophile cult. Randall “Randy” Simons (inset) — the photographer who took glamour photos of JonBenét before her death — was busted in Oregon just weeks after sex offender Gary Howard Oliva was collared in June of 2016.

Simons and Oliva (pictured) were bother grilled by cops in Boulder after JonBenét's death. Simons — who's been accused of being “fixated” on little girls by neighbors in Westfir, Ore. — was arrested for theft around the same time that perverted Oliva was nabbed on a shocking new set of child porn charges in Boulder. He was already known to authorities for confessing to having “done something horrible” shortly after JonBenet’s slaying.

The ENQUIRER also revealed how Boulder detectives bungled evidence linking JonBenét's death to an electrician named Michael Helgoth, who later committed suicide. Boulder District Attorney Stan Garnett has confirmed that the Colorado Bureau of Investigation will be conducting the "further testing of the DNA evidence in the Ramsey case" — as the country prays that JonBenét's murderer will finally be captured!
