Amber Heard Busted For Beating Girlfriend

In the latest bizarre twist to Johnny Depp and Amber Heard's bitter divorce, the bisexual bride has been caught in her own domestic violence case — after charging her movie-star husband with years of abuse at home! The blonde beauty managed to dodge a court case after hitting Tasya van Ree, one of the old girlfriends who reportedly drove Johnny insane with jealousy!

TMZ has reported that Amber was arrested on September 14, 2009, after hitting Tasya on the arm during an argument at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Her photographer girlfriend called the cops, and Amber was booked for misdemeanor domestic violence.

Amber supposedly got lucky in court when the charges were dismissed by a prosecutor reluctant to prosecute a couple then living in California. But while Amber's own arrest is an embarrassment, PEOPLE magazine has found evidence supporting her claims that Johnny's entourage helped cover up Amber's own beatings!

PEOPLE has a signed statement by a computer forensic specialist who investigated iPhone backups by Amber that he found "authentic" — including the leaked text messages exchanged between Johnny’s assistant and Amber in 2014 that chronicle what Amber said was years of abuse!

The leaked text messages show Amber's alleged original reply to a text from Johnny's assistant Stephen Deuters. “When I told him he kicked you, he cried,” Stephen wrote, according to the texts.” “It was disgusting. And he knows it.” Amber's supposed reply chronicles other incidents: “He’s done this many times before. Tokyo, the island, London (remember that?!), and I always stay.”

Stephen has since claimed that he believes the texts are faked, but PEOPLE's expert made a shocking claim: “On Sunday, June 5, 2016, I was asked to examine iPhone backups of Amber Heard. It was her normal routine to sync her iPhone on the computer. I forensically imaged and examined the device containing Ms. Heard’s iPhone backups, and I conclude that the backups are authentic.”

Johnny is still out touring with his band The Hollywood Vampires, but his  legal team continues to insist that their client is innocent of abusing his wife: “Amber is attempting to secure a premature financial resolution by alleging abuse,” Depp’s divorce attorney, Laura Wasser, said in a statement. “Her current application for a temporary restraining order, along with her financial requests, appears to be in response to the negative media attention she received earlier this week after filing for divorce.”
