The insider added the feeling was mutual for Connie, who played Cricket Blake opposite Troy Donahue in the '60s TV series "Hawaiian Eye." “There’s no doubt John McCain was — and still is — very important to her," said the insider. "Connie was almost constantly by McCain’s side.”
