The actress had gone after cops who came to her house after she reportedly attacked her father, tried to strangle her mother and threatened to kill herself. She now faces one count of battery on a police officer, one count of battery on an EMT, and one count of resisting, obstructing or delaying a police officer.

Each count carries “a maximum punishment of a year” behind bars. That’s in addition to the five charges brought against Heather earlier this year after cops broke up a dispute with her fiancé, Chris Heisser (right), in February.
