Hayden Panettiere is back in treatment after a horrific week! The troubled star — who went into a treatment facility last year for postpartum depression — is back in Utah for further treatment. The National ENQUIRER caught Hayden seeking help at an institute that’s best known for providing drug and alcohol rehab. It was a sad sight as Hayden tried to recover from a very turbulent week, including the cancelation of her ABC show “Nashville” and shocking accusations that her boxer boyfriend is bisexual! The ENQUIRER found Hayden away from her treatment center — and, in a troubling sign, the actress was no longer sporting her engagement ring…

Hayden had
originally gone into treatment after giving birth to daughter Kaya in Dec. 2014. Since then, her boxer fiancé Wladimir Klitschko lost a heavyweight title bout to controversial brawler Tyson Fury. The new champion is famously outspoken, and declared in a video last week: "Wladimir is a bisexual. Wladimir swings both ways. For those that don’t know that, I can confirm it now.”

Strangely, boxing insiders weren't willing
to dismiss Tyson's claims. "Tyson says a lot of shocking things," said one sports writer, "but there's reason to believe that's more than just trash talk. The really shocking thing is that the quote got out!" In another blow to Hayden, Tyson's bizarre claim about her husband was reported just as her show "Nashville" was abruptly canceled by ABC after four seasons.

"Nobody expected that," said an industry insider. "The producers had brought in some big names to oversee the fifth season for a major revamping. Getting canceled on a dying show is tough enough. It's even worse when you're already excited about going back to work over the summer!"

Hayden had already
had to endure a season where her "Nashville" character — songbird Juliette Barnes — was struggling with motherhood after giving birth to a girl. The plot line was seemingly copied from Hayden’s own life, but the star bravely took on the task of recreating her postpartum depression.

“It was strange having to throw myself back into that frame of mind,” she said. “If you think for one second that a mother wants to feel that way toward her child, you’re outta your mind!"

It's particularly sad to see Hayden back in treatment after what seemed like
an impressive comeback. Six weeks previously, Hayden's daughter was already seen in Florida staying with Wladimir's mother. The whereabouts of the child are currently unknown. Wladimir, however, is busy training for an upcoming rematch against Tyson Fury.
