George H.W. Bush’s Lonely Final Summer

George H. W. Bush has gone to his lifelong summer compound in Kennebunkport, Maine, to die, The National ENQUIRER has learned from heartbroken sources, who said the 41st president never recovered from the death in April of his beloved wife Barbara.

Family insiders said that Bush, having now lived longer than other former President at 94 years old, had hung onto life after being hospitalized within hours of Barbara’s funeral — determined to see his cherished retreat for a final time. “In many ways,” confided the source, “it’s his favorite place.”

The once-stalwart Bush has been slowed by not only Barbara’s passing — but by a sordid sex scandal that includes allegations he’s a serial groper!

At least eight women have stepped forward accusing the father of ex-president George W. Bush of grabbing their butts on the sly — when he was well into his old age! His late wife is said to have turned a blind eye to the shenanigans — and pals laugh the incidents off as crude jokes.

No one is chuckling about Bush’s health, however. He collapsed in 2015 and has been ravaged by a recent blood infection. Although sources indicate the Texan is ready to pass on, his spokesman insists Bush still has a zest for life.

But an insider said: “This is the first time in 73 years Bush has gone to Maine for the summer without Barbara. A lot of people believe he’s lost the will to live, and I don’t think he’s coming back to Texas.”
