Former FOX News boss Roger Ailes is getting blasted again — with pundit Julie Roginsky now offering up dirty details in shocking new court claims! This latest lawsuit comes hot on the heels of FOX getting caught having to settle numerous sexual harassment cases against Bill O'Reilly. Now the network is looking even worse with more shocking complaints made against Ailes!

The longtime Democratic operative filed her bombshell report with the Supreme Court of the State of New York in the County of New York, claiming that Ailes was a leering pig of a boss who thought nothing of mocking his female employees! Her statement includs a claim that just visiting her boss in his office was a humiliating experience: "Ailes usually sat in a low armchair. He repeatedly insisted on a kiss 'hello' requiring Roginsky to bend down and kiss him. Ailes would consistently position himself in such a way to look down Roginsky's dress."

Her trips to see Ailes became creepier when she became a paid contributor, added Julie, with her suit claiming: "During these meetings, Ailes would frequently steer the conversation to Roginsky's personal life by asking, among other things, if she was dating anyone, why she was not married, what she was looking for in a man, and remarking that he did not understand why she was still single since she was so attractive." Ailes also had a creepy idea of the kind of men that she should date!

The lawsuit says that Ailes (here with his wife, Elizabeth Tilson) recommended that she date "older, married, conservative men" who "may stray, but they always come back because they're loyal." Julie resisted Ailes' as an older married man, though — and says that hurt her career: "Fox News and Ailes discriminated against Roginsky on the basis of her gender by making her deserved promotion to a regular spot hosting "The Five" contingent upon having a sexual relationship with Ailes."

The lawsuit adds that Julia took flack at FOX after she refused to speak out against Gretchen Carlson — after the veteran newswoman first shook up the network with her own blistering sexual-harassment suit. Julia also claims that Ailes would casually make sexist comments about her coworkers, once stating that Julia's cohost Kimberly Guilfoyle (pictured) was ready to "get on her knees for anyone!"

His attorney, Susan Estrich, has made a statement on Julia's lawsuit, calling it "total hogwash" and accusing the Dem of making a "copycat complaint."
