That is the bombshell finding of a probe by The National ENQUIRER that discovered a shameless culture of corruption which had FOX News execs buying the silence of Bill O'Reilly and Roger Ailes alleged sex victims with corporate profits while other staffers ran wild with scandalous antics that didn’t require the company to pay for their play. Specifically, FOX is now being probed by G-men for potentially disguising $70 million in hush money paid to victims as more innocent items in official government financial filings.

“It’s a sensational cover-up of epic proportions,” said a source with knowledge of the nefarious affair. “These men used the corporate coffers as their personal slush fund to silence their victims.” The ENQUIRER probe began in 2016, shortly after lurid allegations by former anchor Gretchen Carlson surfaced against FOX News spin-meister Roger.

The FOX News chairman and CEO had cut a swath of sleaze across Midtown Manhattan that led his most promising on-air star, Megyn Kelly, to leave for NBC and ended with his ouster. Our investigation intensified after Ailes’ on-air blowhard Bill also was exposed for sexually harassing women. The company not only bought the silence of his victims for $13 million — but gave him a generous $25 million golden handshake for bad behavior.

The ENQUIRER probe also uncovered an astounding campaign of terror orchestrated by FOX honchos to silence, smear and intimidate victims who dared to cry foul over their fiendishness. The coordinated operation used private dicks like famed New York investigator Bo Dietl, who told The ENQUIRER in a bombshell interview he was contracted since 2004 for a law firm acting on FOX News’ behalf.

“When we conduct surveillance on somebody — we snuggle up to somebody in a restaurant and eavesdrop — it’s perfectly legal. That’s what we did in a lot of these cases.” He added one person suing FOX was involved with a married man in Virginia and “we sent detectives down to try and find out if there was any substantiation.”

The ENQUIRER also interviewed attorney Douglas Wigdor, who is repping FOX sex and racial discrimination victims. He told us: “Unfortunately 21st Century Fox has a long history of intimidation tactics dating back to 2004. Those have included threats of lawsuits, sanctions, trying to discredit plaintiffs saying they are copycat complaints or meritless.”
