The
troubled showbiz scion was arrested neat a 7-Eleven in Santa Monica, Calif., where police say he pulled a knife on a cashier at 2:30 am on March 8. His bizarre behavior and appearance, however, had already gotten one concerned local to call the cops. Police arrived in time to track down the failed actor (here in a 2011 mugshot) as he allegedly ran off with a stolen $60.

Insiders told The ENQUIRER that her final words to her long-time lover were: “Please take care of my boy. Make sure he has a good life.”
Tatum O'Neal, however, said in 2015: "He's got addiction problems so bad, it breaks my heart." And when Redmond's dad blasted his daughter for going public with her concerns, said a pal, "Tatum told him he's part of the problem!"

Redmond's
half-brother Griffin has also blasted Redmond after being caught on camera smoking what appeared to be a hand-rolled cigarette, writing: “This breaks my heart…Smoking PCP in public like it ain’t no thang…I pray for you, brother.” Now,
with Ryan facing his own health battles, Redmond is being held on a robbery charge with a $50,000 bail.
