"Teen Mom" star Farrah Abraham is planning to adopt a second child — as she reunites with her scary boyfriend Simon Saran! That's the kind of decision-making skills that's typical of the 24-year-old reality star, who's also tried to maintain her fame by working as a stripper and a porn star! The ENQUIRER caught Farrah out with her bad-boy boyfriend even as she told Us Weekly: "I'm happy to confirm I'm moving forward in my adoption process. This means I will be making some changes in my career to welcome a new addition to my family. Very excited, and this feels so right. I'm very blessed for this opportunity."

Farrah's had her own wild moments, too. She was accused this summer of injuring fellow cast member Vicki Michelle when she threw glasses during a temper tantrum while representing America on the UK edition of "Celebrity Big Brother." "Farrah's about as immature as they come," said a TV insider, "and it's scary to think that some adoption agency is looking at her as a great future mom!"
