Erin's former costar on "Joanie Loves Chachi" then went into cruel detail about his former friend's life: “I knew Erin well — over the last many years, I have not spoken with her. She was just an insecure human being and fell into this world of drugs and alcohol.”

Scott also boasted that he had managed to avoid the familiar child-star trap of drug addiction, saying: "I had parents and a brother and sister who were straight arrows and my father, God rest his soul, said to me, 'You do drugs, I’ll kill you.'" But Scott was soon begging for forgiveness after going off on Erin's sad final days!
