President Trump: His Secret Plan For World Peace

President Donald Trump now has in his possession a top-secret, nine-point plan to achieve peace in our time — and The National ENQUIRER has obtained a copy!

Since Election Day, a super-secret think tank of America’s best and brightest — reporting to Trump’s son-in-law and senior White House adviser Jared Kushner (left)— crafted a comprehensive strategy, code-named “Olive Branch.” What we reveal below casts the president’s foreign policy moves in a revolutionary new light. “People think he’s crazy,” said the source who provided us with the document. “Crazy like a fox!”

THE MADMAN THEORY Richard Nixon told Henry Kissinger to inform his North Vietnamese counterpart that the president was mad and intent on bombing the country to smithereens! But where the career politician Nixon failed, the Olive Branch document states, Trump is "uniquely positioned as an unknown quantity...to project a persona suggestive of unpredictable, even erratic, behavior." Fear of Trump's reactions will deter America’s enemies from provocation.

ALLIANCES Trump's slighting of NATO and other alliances? It’s all part of the plan. “The president should look to moderately destabilize alliances without irrevocably harming them,” the document stated. “Longtime alliances that have wholly relied on America’s security guarantees will be encouraged to increase defense spending on their own.” And it's already working. Japan and South Korea ratified record-high defense budgets in December, and the Nordic states have similarly promised to raise spending. Even Germany, led by Chancellor Angela Merkel, is mulling nukes.

RUSSIA “Russia is in crisis,” notes the Olive Branch document, citing massive budget shortfalls and a deteriorating quality of life, yet its leadership insists on Russia being treated as a world power. “The president should feed this delusion. [Russia] will, with time, fall into oblivion as growing global emphasis on renewable resources contributes to a decline in the price of oil, its main export.” That's why during a May 2 phone call about Syria with Russian president Vladimir Putin, “Trump said what Putin wanted to hear,” a White House insider told The ENQUIRER. “There’s no reason to be combative. Russia will fall apart on its own.”

CHINA The president’s approach to China and leader Xi Jinping has been lauded as innovative, but it was all in keeping with the plan. While predecessors appeased the Chinese at every turn, Trump has publicly called them out repeatedly for their failure to do more on North Korea, even linking favorable trade terms to a positive outcome on the Pyongyang nuclear issue. “The president should apply public pressure on the Chinese to, in turn, apply pressure on North Korea,” the document noted. “Chinese traditions suggest they will react to a public loss of face.”

MISSILE DEFENSE Olive Branch calls for a rejuvenation of Ronald Reagan’s “Star Wars” missile shield, capable of shooting ballistic missiles fired from Iran or North Korea out of the sky. Already, the plan is taking effect with a missile-interceptor ground base in Romania and another planned for Poland next year. What’s more, the 2017 defense budget bill calls for billions of dollars to develop the system.

‘ONE-STATE SOLUTION’ For two decades, American foreign policy has called for a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, with each group getting its own country. Trump has said he’s OK with a one-state solution. As Olive Branch stated: “The traditional cornerstone of American foreign policy is failing and pressure must be brought to bear on both sides to achieve a solution." Neither Israel (Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, left), nor the Palestinians, want a one-state solution — so that is exactly what the president called for. “If presented with America supporting such an unfavorable outcome, both sides are more likely to work together for peace.”

NORTH KOREA President Trump recently ruffled feathers in saying he would be “honored” to meet with North Korean madman Kim Jong-un “under the right circumstances.” Again, The ENQUIRER can reveal this was a strategy outlined by the Olive Branch plan. “Kim, more than anything ... wishes to be acknowledged as legitimate,” the document stated. Former presidents have been unwilling to oblige. “The President should consider reversing this longstanding policy of his predecessors, given that it would represent a small price to pay for neutralizing the nation’s growing nuclear threat — and avoiding a much deeper conflict.”

TERRORISM “The United States and its allies have waged an asymmetrical war against jihadist terrorists, in that we have been unwilling to respond to their savagery in kind, for fear of public opinion," the document states. This has emboldened enemies to wage war with no fear of a reciprocal response. “Their savagery must be met with a commensurate response," according to Olive Branch, "if only to deter others who might be persuaded to join their cause.” Our source cites the dropping the MOAB bomb in Afghanistan, firing missiles at a Syrian airfield, and bombings of the ISIS-held Raqqa province and terrorist-held buildings in Mosul, Iraq as examples of this strategy.

HUMAN RIGHTS The president raised eyebrows by warming up to Egypt’s quasi-dictator Abdel-Fattah el-Sisi, Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Philippine leader Rodrigo Duterte. He downplayed China’s human-rights record during a summit with that nation’s leader, Xi Jinping — and even spoke kindly, on occasion, of Jong-un. Again, it’s all part of the Olive-Branch plan. “The U.S. has earned the enmity of nations by espousing an exceptionalism with regard to human rights," the document chides. "We have removed brutal dictators who, despite their repugnance, kept a lid on chaos in their nations, Saddam Hussein being just one." A ‘holier-than-thou’ attitude often results in only hate, Olive Branch states, while calling for dialogue with such despots. “History, the president will find, is on our side in this fight!”
