Dolly Parton shocked her fans with a Hollywood appearance that made her look like a victim of celebrity plastic surgery! The country diva was in her usual fine voice while performing original songs she’d written for the new film “Dumplin’.” But the star’s frozen face renewed fears that Dolly is using a dangerous amount of Botox! After years of carefully maintaining her blonde beauty, Dolly even had medical experts worrying that she’d developed an unhealthy reliance on the popular showbiz process. “Dolly’s appearance has been poisoned,” said respected plastic surgeon Dr. Lyle Back, who hasn’t treated the singer. “She looks alarming!” Dolly has been unrepentant, though, previously quipping: “Thanks to Botox and fillers, as well as the work that I’ve already had, my face pretty much maintains itself…”

Dolly had added, however: “I don’t want to look too artificial.” Dr. Back had already worried, however,
that Dolly had forgotten Botox is no laughing matter! “There’s a fine line with Botox,” he explains. “Artistically, if the right note is hit, that person will look relaxed; but when the wrong note is hit, things can look bizarre, and she is an example of that.”

Dolly's recent indulgences have also seen her ignoring a 2016 health scare after her DD-cup breast implants exploded — leaking silicone into her body after years of reportedly contributing to her devastating back pain. “Dolly’s in agony,” a spy said, “but she’s worried if she has them reduced, her fans will revolt!”

Dolly had already gone under the knife after one of her implants blew up in 1992, but she adamantly refused to remove them. The insider added that Dolly insists she's trying to strike the right balance between
giving fans what they want while staying healthy. “There ain’t much real about me but my heart,” declared the country diva!
