Denzel Washington & Wife Hit Italy For Second Honeymoon

Denzel Washington has spent a romantic summer along the Mediterranean Sea — as the actor and his wife celebrate putting a marriage crisis behind them!

The National ENQUIRER had the scoop when Denzel's wife Pauletta was ready to break up with the Oscar-winner over multiple reports of affairs! “This marriage is on its last legs,” said an insider as the couple marked their 34th anniversary in 2016 — but that was before Pauletta read him the riot act!

Denzel has been romantically linked to stars like Halle Berry and sultry Sanaa Lathan, who costarred with him in the thriller "Out of Time." Shortly after, a Philadelphia radio host reported that Denzel had fathered a love child with another actress and moved out of his family home — but, said a pal, it was the “rumors about Sanaa [that] got under Pauletta’s skin.”

Denzel had also admitted to straying in an interview with Barbara Walters, saying, “Temptation is all around…and I haven’t been perfect” — while crediting his wife for being “an incredibly intelligent and strong woman who’s put up with a lot over the years.” But sources said that Pauletta finally put an end to Denzel's playboy ways!

“He loves the ladies,” said one doubtful pal — but now Denzel and Paulette have spent an unusually long vacation along Italy. They also frequently taxi into town from their yacht to enjoy the local villages in what seems like a second honeymoon!
