The physician, who hasn’t treated the 5-foot-8 star, says with her chunky shape, “Debra Messing is a perfect example of an American doing everything wrong with her health. “We don’t know her diet, but it’s clear it’s not a healthy one, given her ever-increasing weight. “Plaque is formed in the arteries by poor diet. [It] can’t be prevented by exercise — but exercise can stabilize it.”
Debra, who divorced hubby Daniel Zelman in 2016, confesses she is dogged by numerous food sensitivities and allergies that force her to avoid chicken, gluten and most dairy. She also shockingly admits, “I don’t work out. I’m embarrassed to say that because healthy people work out.” Now the doctor warns the redhead’s failure to exercise has “greatly increased her risk of premature heart attack or even death. “Unstable plaque is likely to break off. That means she’s a prime candidate for a heart attack.”
