According to documents from Alachua County Court in Gainesville, Fla.,
Crayton Hodge Jr. was charged with one count of soliciting for prostitution on July 27, 1988. The arrest report stated that the “Subject requested sexual favor, specifically ‘head,’ in exchange for $10. The entire conversation was monitored, recorded.”

Hodge pleaded no contest, and was sentenced to five days behind bars. He was also busted in June 1986 for writing a worthless check in the amount of $155.45 — but wasn't prosecuted. In her memoir, “This Is Me,” 37-year-old Chrissy wrote in heartbreaking detail about how her own body “seemed to offend” Hodge.

“He couldn’t help but stare, especially when I was eating,” she wrote. “He joked about putting a lock on the refrigerator.” She also recalled how Hodge began physically abusing her. “He never punched my face,” she wrote. “Just
my body, the thing that offended him so much. One time he hit me and I looked right in his face. 'If I had a gun,' I thought, 'I would shoot you.'”
