Charlie Sheen Mellows Out In Mexico

Charlie Sheen relaxes on his balcony while vacationing in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, yesterday. The troubled actor could certainly use break with everything that has been happening to him over the past few months — ever since The National ENQUIRER exposed his HIV-positive status in November.

One of the most serious developments: Ex-wife Denise Richards is suing him, accusing him of taking money out of their daughters trust funds — which he set up for them. The “Wild Things” star claims the former “Two and a Half Men” star forced her and their daughters, Sam, 11, and Lola, 10, out of their home!

Denise also says Sheen wished her dead! Sheen’s lawyer called the lawsuit a bid to squeeze more cash out of her ex. It was revealed that Sheen paid her $110,000 in late child support just two weeks after he copped to his HIV status. A hearing on the suit is slated for Feb. 22.

Meanwhile, another ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, has checked into rehab — and reportedly told friends before she went in that Sheen was partly to blame! According to an insider, Brooke had it tough after Sheen went public with his health woes, and it brought back a lot of bad memories of the bad old days with Sheen. Luckily, she and the twins don’t have HIV.
