The suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, does not name Sheen or the ex-girlfriend — who is only identified as "Jane Doe" and is described as "Russian” — as the plaintiff signed a non-disclosure agreement. The defendant, presumed to be Sheen, is referred to as, “confidential male defendant” who learned he was HIV positive in 2011 and gave national TV interviews about his HIV status on Nov. 17, 2015, and June 21, 2016 — which the actor did on the "Today" Show.

According to court papers, the plaintiff met Sheen in September 2015 and quickly began a sexual relationship with him. She claims he repeatedly assured her that he was “fine” when asked whether he had any sexually transmitted diseases and proceeded to have "unprotected oral sex" and "unprotected intercourse." When Sheen later told her that he was in fact carrying the HIV virus, the plaintiff became "alarmed and upset" and sought emergency medical treatment the following day.

She alleges Sheen gave her two pills to prevent transmission, but was told by a physician she would have to take "antiretroviral medication" for several weeks. Sheen apparently then tried to steer her away from the prescription by telling her not to believe “the convenient rumors of the medical community” — and ever blamed HER for getting exposed to the virus! “This is more about … not if, but when you do come down with this, that we’re together and at least we have each other,” the suit alleges the actor is quoted as saying to her.

This is the second time Sheen has been sued by an ex-girlfriend for exposure to the virus. Back in 2015, his ex-fiancée Scottine Ross filed a lawsuit against him alleging HIV exposure along with physical and emotional abuse, which was settled in arbitration. Sheen’s legal representation has not commented on the new lawsuit.
