“Celine keeps saying there’s nothing wrong with her, but by now everyone’s really terrified,” an insider told The National ENQUIRER. “When she’s served food, she picks at it, then pushes it away. Her bones are sticking out, and her clothes are literally falling off her!”

Sadly, the star’s emaciated frame and poor eating habits are just part of the problem. As The ENQUIRER reported, Celine’s bizarre behavior in public has been startling pals. In July, she stopped traffic in Paris by banging on the roof of her car for no apparent reason, and then climbed atop the vehicle.

At first, friends chalked up the 49-year-old Canadian crooner’s troubling antics to ongoing grief over the tragic double deaths of her husband, René Angélil, on Jan. 14, 2016, and her brother, Daniel, just two days later.

But now those close to the “My Heart Will Go On” singer fear that starving herself has begun to eat away at her brain, leaving her unable to think clearly. “Starvation can affect your mental state, causing erratic behavior, poor concentration, irritability and panic attacks,” explained noted New York physician Dr. Stuart Fischer, who has not treated Celine.

What’s more, the doctor also warned such a dramatically low body weight “can have a serious effect” on Celine’s famed voice. “No one should be performing under periods of deep stress to the body,” Dr. Fischer added.

But with her residency set to resume in Las Vegas, the promotion of her pricey accessories line and a new album rumored to be in the pipeline by the end of the year, her life seems to be all work and no play! Even her rumored boy toy, dancer Pepe Munoz, is arguably a colleague from the office.
