Carrie Underwood has announced that she’s pregnant again — just days after the 35-year-old country star caused a commotion by saying that her and husband Mike Fisher had “missed our chance to have a big family” because she was too old! Instead, said Carrie, “We always talk about adoption and doing it when our child or children are a little older.” That got her blasted by some fans who said Carrie was being insensitive to struggling would-be mothers. But now Carrie’s announced: “Mike, [3-year-old] Isaiah and I are absolutely over the moon and excited to be adding another little fish to our pond!” The savvy star also tied in her birth announcement to news of her 2019 tour and upcoming album, while also looking great after announcing in January that she’d had extensive plastic surgery after a 2017 fall that left her with a broken wrist and a banged-up face!

“In addition to breaking my wrist, I somehow managed to injure my face as well,” Carrie announced. “I’ll spare you the gruesome details, but when I came out of surgery the night of my fall, the doctor told Mike he had put between 40 and 50 stitches in.” But fans weren't frightened when Carrie finally returned to the spotlight at the 2018 Academy of Country Music Awards.

“She looked amazing, but it also appeared as though she had some help,” said New York plastic surgeon Dr. Yoel Shahar, who hasn't treated the former
“American Idol” champ. He detected “an extensive amount of filler” in Carrie’s cheeks, under her eyes and in her lips — adding: “This was probably done to mask any damage that may have been caused by the accident.” But now Carrie's promising the pregnancy won't interrupt with her tour, and she'll be "closer to you guys" — with fans able to see her new look!
