Cameron Diaz — Sporting A Bump & Looking Thrilled!

The National ENQUIRER caught Cameron Diaz and husband Benji Madden looking very excited while shopping at a Petco in Studio City, Calif. — with the blonde beauty sporting a very full figure that suggests there might be the pitter-patter of little feet in her future. We don't mean paws, either!

As earlier reported by The ENQUIRER, Cameron has been very busy trying to have a baby — and has been "totally heartbroken" after putting her career on hold in a bid for motherhood.

Cameron hasn't made a movie since bombing in the 2014 remake of the musical "Annie." It hasn't been a lack of scripts that kept her off the set, though!

"Cameron and Benji have been trying for a baby ever since they said 'I do' in January," an insider told The ENQUIRER last year. "She's devastated that it hasn't happened yet!"

The ENQUIRER also learned that a supportive Benji was worrying that his wife was being too hard on herself. "She knows how much he wants kids," said the pal, "and she feels like a failure!" But judging from these recent pics, Cameron might be excited about a lot more than a little fur baby in her future!
