The veteran pop diva has packed on some pounds while on tour, Britney started the year looking younger than ever. Insiders reported that she was wanting to look good for her much-young boyfriend Sam Asghari, but was also getting ready for a new Las Vegas life after spending most of the year on tour. Fans first noticed that Britney was looking younger in March, when she showed up in a video for the Kenzo fashion brand after signing on for a big-bucks endorsement. But insiders had already told The National ENQUIRER that the once-ageless pop star was planning to make big chances to her look after wrapping up her original Vegas shows. “Brit’s hunting down the best surgeon in the U.S. to give her a full, but subtle, face-lift,” said an optimistic source…

"She’s always battling acne," continued the insider, "so she’s going to have her skin lasered to smooth out any acne scars. She wants very subtle fillers in the lines around her eyes and mouth...She’ll also have the lines in her neck smoothed out.”

And once she landed Sam, friends complained
she'd become "manic about bulking up her body, adding a ton of muscle and definition." Renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Lyle Back, who hasn't treated the mother-of-two, estimated last year that Britney was looking at paying about $25,000 for that extensive facial work.
