Blake Shelton is causing trouble in paradise with his hard-living ways! His 48-year-old pop tart Gwen Stefani fears the country music hunk — who took a fall on stage during the Pendleton Whisky Music Festival in July — is also falling apart physically! That’s an extra problem since Gwen is counting on Blake to have enough young blood to be a daddy to the baby that she’s desperately trying to make! But now she has to worry about her once-fellow “The Voice” coach getting along with a bad back, plus a case of gout and failing hearing from years of country-rockin’ on stage!

“Gwen says he could solve his health issues by changing a few things, like wearing protective earplugs, eating better, and stretching and doing some light exercise,” said a source. “She would love to have a child or two with him as soon as possible, and the last thing she wants is a deaf crippled dad to deal with!”

Blake, however, is still at odds with Gwen during a tough year of trying to get in shape. The National ENQUIRER reported that she had Blake on a diet at the end of 2017 — but the country star keeps turning up his nose at fancy Hollywood dining!
