Montgomery County Assistant District Attorney Kristen Feden (right, with D.A. Kevin Steele) blasted Cosby in brutal opening arguments, telling the Pennsylvania jury that she'd be presenting “disturbing details” about Cosby's alleged sexual assault on Andrea Constand in 2004. The National ENQUIRER exposed those same disturbing details in a bombshell exclusive revealing Cosby's damning testimony in a civil trial filed by Andrea — with Feden telling the jury to “remember the defendant’s own words when [defense attorneys] try to distract you!”

Feden quoted from a court deposition given by Cosby when Andrea sued him over the sexual assault, which ended with an undisclosed cash settlement and a confidentiality agreement in November 2006. Feden noted that Cosby admitted to being "romantically" attracted to Andrea — with Cosby then defining "romantically" in a disturbing manner: "Romance in terms of steps that will lead to some kind of permission, or no permission, or how you go about getting to wherever you’re going to wind up."

"His words," Feden stressed to the jury — and there are plenty more creepy Cosby confessions to also be used by the prosecution. As revealed in the bombshell ENQUIRER report, Andrea's then-attorney questioned Cosby about his purchase of sedatives, asking: “When you got the Quaaludes, was it in your mind that you were going to use these Quaaludes for young women that you wanted to have sex with?” Cosby replied, "Yes!"

The shocking civil suit testimony — approved to be used in the rape trial by Judge Steven O'Neill — also had Cosby admitting to having drugged 19-year-old Therese Serignese before having sex with her after his show at the Las Vegas Hilton in 1976. Therese (as seen here) is one of Cosby's accusers attending the trial in Pennsylvania, but is declining to talk to reporters because of her own pending civil suit against Cosby.

Feden also has access to quotes revealed by The ENQUIRER where Cosby admits to having a modeling agency send “five to six models” a week to the NBC studios where he filmed his wholesome sitcom "The Cosby Show" during the 1980s. Feden seems ready to use all of his previous damning testimony, too, telling the jury: "There are not a lot of facts here that are in dispute — because that, for the most part, is corroborated by the defendant!"
