Danney has already claimed that he wasn't completely abandoned by his famous father. As earlier reported by The ENQUIRER, Bill relied on Arkansas state troopers to cover up his extramarital affairs. Danney said that his mother would often get stacks of "seven $100 bills" in her mailbox delivered by cops, and he received Christmas presents from the Clintons —adding that "everything stopped" after Bill became President.

Bobbie Ann Williams' own story reveals why Bill would have stayed in touch — because he was one of Bobbie Ann's most regular clients! She claims to have been only 24 years old when she met Bill as he came jogging along the the notorious "Hooker Row" of Little Rock, Ark. — not far from the governor's mansions!

"He just stopped by to talk to us," she recalls, but adds that the Governor was soon a client! Bobbie Ann told The ENQUIRER that their first encounter had Bill taking her to a quiet place where she performed oral sex for $200. Bill later reportedly sought a "sexual hook-up" with her and two other women, so she arranged for all the ladies to fulfill his dream of a foursome.

The young governor picked up the hookers in a car driven by an Arkansas state trooper, claimed Bobbie Ann — adding that they all to a house in the woods that was owned by Bill's mother, Virginia. Each woman was paid $450, according to Bobbie Ann, and she would bed the Arkansas governor at least 13 times over the next year or so.

Shortly after Danney's birth, Bobbie Ann was arrested and sent to jail. Her son went to live with his aunt Lucille Bolton, who became his guardian. "The boy's father is Bill Clinton," Lucille recalled in a 1992 interview. "At first, I didn't believe Bobbie Ann when she said it. Then I saw that little baby in University Hospital, and I started believing!"

Although she doesn't have a close relationship with her son, Bobbie Ann still hopes that Danney's lifelong wish to see Bill Clinton is granted. "I think it would be great for Danney to finally meet his real father," she told The ENQUIRER. "It's time!"
