Bill & Hillary’s Pollster Praises Their ‘Open Marriage’

Bill Clinton and his wife Hillary have "at least a one-way open marriage" — according to their veteran pollster Mark Penn, who insists that the kinky arrangement is working for the couple!

Penn made the shocking claim in his book "Microtrends Squared" — where he used the former First Couple as an example of changing trends in marriage. Penn even praised their arrangement, saying: "There was also no question that at the same time their relationship was so deep and enduring." The longtime pollster then favorably compared the two to the cold-blooded fictional President Underwood from "House of Cards," as played by Kevin Spacey.

D.C. insiders were shocked by Penn's betrayal of his clients to help sell his business insight. But they got off easy compared to the revelations by the Clintons' longtime campaign consultant Dick Morris, who revealed to The National ENQUIRER how Hillary had even worked to cover up the future President's multiple affairs when Clinton was first running for office.

The ENQUIRER has also revealed how Hillary has worked to cover up her husband's long history of sexual assaults. Penn, however, puts a healthy spin on Bill and Hillary's secrets, saying that the alleged open marriage may be "not by choice," but adding: "These open marriages are based less on sex and more on love."
