Ben Affleck’s Mom Moves In As Sober Coach

Ben Affleck is setting up house in a new bachelor pad, but his roommate won’t be sexy girlfriend Lindsay Shookus — it’s his mother!

“Ben’s mom, Christine, will move in with him temporarily,” a source close to the “Batman” star revealed exclusively to The National ENQUIRER. Even more bizarre? The place is less than a mile from where his soon-to-be ex, Jennifer Garner, and children live!

Ben will soon close on the $19 million seven-bedroom, nine-bath mansion, which includes a screening room, gym, wine cellar and maid’s quarters. There will be more than enough room when his kids — Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel — visit.

Insiders said Ben’s mom — who helped check him into a Brentwood outpatient rehab clinic in October — is camping out to make sure her bloated baby boy stays on the straight and narrow! “Christine is a calming influence on Ben,” a source spilled.

“He’s really trying to be on his best behavior to avoid any custody issues with Jen.” Pals said Jen is close with Christine and is thrilled she’s on the scene! “Jen knows she has a positive influence on Ben,” a source said.

“If anyone can make him a better dad for their kids, it’s Christine!”
