“She’s had so much work done on her face she doesn’t even look like herself,” snitches an insider. “Weirdly, her nose is the only thing she hasn’t tinkered with.

Boston cosmetic surgeon Dr. Dave E. David believes the 76-year-old diva has gone too far.
“She’s loaded herself with so much filler her face looks puffy, her eyes look puffy,” notes the doc, who hasn’t treated Barbra. “I think she tried to fill in the lines but she looks like a big puffball.
“She overfilled her face. It’s so overdone.”

Troy, Michigan plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, who also hasn’t treated the star, thinks she’s had a slew of work, including a face-lift to tighten her jawline, filler injections in her cheeks and Botox to smooth her forehead and frown lines.
But sources say the Yentl sensation is driven to look young over fears she could lose her 78-year-old hubby.

“She’s extremely insecure and worries James will leave her for a younger woman,” reveals the insider. “That’s always been her fear.
