Prosecutors are pursuing criminal charges after Weiner's underage target said that the pervert politician knew that she was only 15 at the time that he engaged in explicitly sexual contact online! That included Weiner sending sick sexual texts to her, including: "I would bust that tight p***y so hard and so often that you would leak and limp for a week." Insiders now believe Weiner is ready to plead guilty to a single charge of transferring obscene material to a minor, with reports that he's already surrendered himself to the FBI!

Weiner humiliated his wife Huma by being busted in Sept. 2016 — after two earlier scandals involving his sexting other women. Huma's boss Hillary Clinton was also humiliated when her close aide's husband was accused by the underage girl of sending her disgusting messages — including requests for her “to dress up in ‘school girl’ outfits” and for her to engage in his twisted rape fantasies.

Weiner initially responded with a statement that didn't deny the teen girl's charges. “I have repeatedly demonstrated terrible judgment about the people I have communicated with online and the things I have sent,” he said. “I am filled with regret, and heartbroken for those I have hurt.”

Meanwhile, a bitter Huma finally announced that she was divorcing her husband, who had already resigned from Congress after being caught lying while trying to cover up his first sexting scandal. But there have been additional reports that they're staying together after Hillary's bruising loss in the 2016 presidential election.

Legal insiders believe that Weiner might still be able to beat prison time, though. Weiner would be pleading guilty to a charge that doesn't require a prison sentence — although a possible sentence of 10 years in prison is still a possibility. The final ruling for the formerly powerful politician will be made by a New York City judge.
