Amal Clooney Overworked & Underweight At Met Gala

Amal Clooney looked startlingly frail while dolled up for the 2018 Met Gala — as insiders say the mother-of-two is literally spreading herself too thin while doing triple-duty!

Over recent months, Amal (who changed into a clinging red dress for the Gala afterparty with her husband) has been juggling the demands of infant twins Ella and Alexander, plus  five “major global human rights cases” and her ongoing advocacy work for rape victims in war-torn countries — along with co- hosting the Met event! “She has no time to eat,” a close source revealed to The National ENQUIRER.

“Amal has coffee for breakfast,” the insider continued, “a bite of salad for lunch while writing emails, and for dinner, maybe one quarter of a plate of pasta. She can’t eat more than that — there’s no time!...Once she forgot to eat the whole day and started to nibble on her twins’ baby food!”

As a result, even George is ready to put down his foot over Amal — who quickly turned scary-skinny again after her pregnancy. “George wants Amal to be home more so he can feed her,” the insider said, “and is cooking up plans to tempt her palate! He has a wonderful private chef who does all the cooking.”

“George is laying down the law,” added the source, “and telling Amal that for an hour a day she has to turn off her phone and just sit at the table and be served a five-course meal! Amal just laughed and said she would aim for that experience once a week!”
