Co-workers are truly intimidated by Baldwin’s vulgar outbursts, but things lightened up after a crewmember – in what’s now a running gag – brought in earplugs and passed them out on taping days so everyone could block Baldwin’s lunatic rants. “It doesn’t take much to set him off,” said My Spywitness. “He screams at the writers and the prop people – but mostly the director. But he’s smart enough not to lash out at castmates like TINA FEY, or he’d be looking for work right now.”
