Well-wishing fans swamped the “Dirty Dancing” star when he tried to exit the stadium – but despite his strength-sapping affliction, smiling Swayze spent nearly 40 minutes signing autographs and posing for pics.
Worried wife LISA finally coaxed him to quit, fearing he’d run out of gas completely – but when a fan told Swayze that he’d been diagnosed with cancer years ago, but was now in total remission, the star stopped and gave the guy a heartfelt hug, telling him: “Thanks for giving me hope.”
