The movie musical “Chicago” is a huge hit — but star Catherine Zeta-Jones took quite a few hits to make it happen. The actress kept getting whacked in the face by heavy beads dangling from her dress while she performed a cartwheel dance number. It got so bad that shooting had to be stopped several times while makeup artists tried to cover up the nasty red whip lines the beads left on her face!
