Joseph Hawke To Release Sequel To Debut Novel ‘American Justice’, Which Foresaw Trump’s Return

Author Joseph Hawke is coming out with a sequel to his debut novel, “American Justice,” a contemporary satire released last year that predicted President Donald Trump’s win in a landslide.

“American Justice” takes aim at the U.S. justice system and political landscape, and the sequel, “Redemption,” is due out this year. Also due out early this year is “On Earth As It Is In Heaven,” a chronologically ordered collection of short stories published by Pegasus that explore themes of Christianity and Islam, American and Pakistani culture, virtue and sin, family, and belonging.

Hawke is also working on a cookbook: “The Man Cave Cooking Guide: How to Feed Your Family – and Yourself – with Love.”

Writing is a second act for Hawke, who spent his 30-year career mainly focused on the helicopter industry. He is a private equity and M&A (mergers and acquisitions) professional with experience raising capital and developing middle-market companies into enterprise grade platforms for subsequent sale.

Since around 2018, Hawke began looking into consolidating the utility and firefighting end use markets of the helicopter industry: protecting the nations infrastructure, and still has other entrepreneurial projects underway in the aerospace and defense space, mostly addressing sovereign counterparties, foreign governments, and their civil or military fleet requirements.
